Order Handling Timeline
Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EDT are generally entered into our fulfillment workflow on the same business day. Purchases completed after the daily cut-off time are typically moved to the next business day's processing queue.
Once an order is received, our team begins reviewing, preparing, and packaging the items for shipment. Orders are ready for dispatch within 1–2 business days, although seasonal demand, inventory verification, holidays, or unexpected operational circumstances may occasionally require additional time.
Shipment Notifications
After your order has been prepared and handed to the shipping carrier, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
This notification will include tracking information whenever available, allowing you to monitor your package while it travels to its destination.
Delivery Expectations
Following dispatch, most shipments arrive within approximately 4–9 business days. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and can vary depending on destination, carrier performance, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, local delivery volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.
While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur during transit.
Free U.S. Shipping
We proudly provide complimentary shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. No minimum purchase amount is required to qualify for free standard shipping.
If Your Package Is Delayed
If your tracking information shows little movement or your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, we recommend allowing a short extension period before reporting the shipment as missing.
Please allow up to two additional business days beyond the estimated delivery window, as carriers occasionally experience temporary delays.
If your package still has not arrived after this period, continue monitoring the tracking information and allow an additional three business days for final delivery attempts.

Changing or Cancelling an Order
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at support@mobare.com support@mobare.com.
Requests received before fulfillment begins can often be accommodated. However, once an order enters processing, packaging, or shipment stages, modifications and cancellations may no longer be available.
If cancellation is no longer possible, you may be eligible to request a return after the order has been delivered, subject to our Return Policy.
Wrong or Damaged Deliveries
Although we take care when preparing every shipment, mistakes or transit-related damage may occasionally occur.

To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please provide clear photographs of the product, shipping label, packaging materials, and any visible damage. Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate next steps and assist with a suitable resolution.
