30-Day Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 30 days of the date they are delivered. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and returned with any original packaging, labels, accessories, and included materials.

Requests submitted more than 30 days after the delivery date cannot be approved.

How Returns Are Handled
To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our support team by emailing support@mobare.com and provide your order number along with the reason for the return.
  • Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team before shipping the item.
  • Package the item carefully to help prevent any damage while it is being transported.
  • Ship the item back using the instructions provided in the return approval email.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses unless otherwise required by applicable law. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for valuable items.

Refund Procedure
Once the returned merchandise arrives at our facility, it will be reviewed to confirm that it meets our return requirements. After approval, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing generally takes up to 7 business days, although financial institutions and payment providers may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.

No restocking deductions will be applied to approved returns.

Order Cancellation Requests

While we will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests, orders that have already entered processing, packaging, or shipment stages may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Wrong, Defective, or Damaged Deliveries
